What we collect

Your account: when you sign in with Telegram, your Telegram ID, name, username and profile photo (never your phone number). When you sign in with Apple, an Apple user ID, and your email only if you choose to share it.

Your orders: the name, phone number, delivery address and email you enter, and what you ordered.

Your studies: reading and listening positions, test answers and results, flashcard progress, essays you send for checking, your exam type and date, and your daily goal.

Reviews you write and books on your wishlist.

On your device: cookies for your sign-in and language, and local storage for your cart and theme. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.

Why we use it

To deliver your orders, open the books you bought, keep your progress on every device, and answer you when you contact us.

To send order updates and study reminders in Telegram. You can turn reminders off in Profile.

Payments

Card payments are made on the pages of Click, Payme and Uzum. We never see or store your card number; we keep only the amount and whether the payment went through.

Who else sees it

Delivery services receive the name, phone and address of an order. Payment providers receive the order number and amount. Telegram delivers the messages we send you.

Our site and database run on Vercel and Supabase. When you use AI flashcards or AI Writing, the text is processed by Anthropic to produce the result.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account (see the account deletion page). Your library, progress, results, reviews and settings are deleted at once.

Orders are kept for accounting, as the law requires, but are no longer linked to you.

Children

Children under 13 should use Kalibr Books together with a parent.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date. Questions about your data: write to us in Telegram or by email (below).
